Journal of the Month collects and maintains personal information regarding its members: the personal information we collect and maintain includes name, shipping or billing addresses, telephone number and email address. We do not store any credit-card information.
For the purposes of error tracking, we also collect the domain name (when possible) of visitors to our Web page, the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user-specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations
